Lumen Azure Assessment and Migration

Lumen Azure Migration Service enables you to quickly re-host 10-20 workloads to Azure.  Lumen will take the customer through multiple phases to create a wholistic, bespoke solution to help accelerate their digital transformation. Lumen Managed and Professional services include:

*Discover and Assess: Determine critical workloads for migration *Design and Build: Depending on number and type of workloads, ensure that the work can be planned accurately and managed effectively *Migration and Hypercare: Once target design is complete, Lumen will work with customer to migrate workloads into Azure and perform post cutover support

Lumen follows the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) as part of the process for helping a customer properly migrate to Azure. Working with Lumen helps ensure project and customer have proper alignment to business strategy, and stakeholders as well as identification of key agreed upon success criteria and customer skill level.
