Our tailored two-day workshop, conducted by seasoned technical architects and business consultants, provides a strong overview of the current state of the selected applications and their cloud-readiness. This includes applications already deployed on Azure and covers their setup, deployment options, (cloud native) service selection as well as organisational, governance and compliance topics. This workshop also provides an evaluation how to migrate on-premise applications on Azure considering specific determining factors.

How does the 2-day Azure architecture assessment look like?

Workshop – Day 1:

• goals and agenda of the workshop

• deep dive existing & planned software & services
• legal & organizational limitations

Workshop -Day 2:

• presentation of case study & architecture review

• sketch out milestones & roadmap

The workshop is structured in two parts for a total of 8 hours, distributed over 2 days. It is foreseen that there is at least one working day between the two workshop parts and not more than one week.
