They will facilitate a structured, collaborative, workshop to assess your cloud readiness against 10 dimensions including business strategy, migration plan, cloud landing zone and governance. We’ll give you rapid feedback throughout the day and offer suggestions on how to improve your cloud strategy to reduce migrations risks and improve cloud TCO. Immediately after the workshop, we’ll quickly summarise our observations and prepare a ‘heatmap’ representing cloud readiness across different parts of your business. Next, our certified Azure experts will prepare a set of recommendations aligned to the Azure Cloud Adoption Framework designed to ensure a smooth cloud migration process.
