How do we address it? In the 2-week proof of technology (POT), Paradigm Technology enables your cloud business office and enterprise cloud and data architects to deploy a modern data solution. This includes all key core components that support your business outcomes.

Below are key activities that the Paradigm team will implement –

• Kick off workshop and identify key stakeholders
• Conduct whiteboarding sessions and workshops with the identified key stakeholders
• Identify data source and appropriate tables
• Provide Azure data platform total cost of ownership
• Deploy data platform using Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Gen2, Azure SQL DB, and Power BI
• Create a high-level project implementation plan with timelines

Assumptions –

• One (1) data source with up to one (1) table for one (1) domain area
• Up to one (1) simple report
• Four (4) visuals per report

Pre-Requisites –

• Required systems access will be provided before engagement start
• Scope finalization
• Appropriate networking components enabled

Deliverables –

• Data platform POT with modern architecture (.ppt)
• Data platform deployed
• One (1) Power BI report
• Project close out report
