cd /root/ : To change the directory path to "/root".

Shapely is installed in the virtual environment

To activate the virtual environment "virtual_env": source virtual_env/bin/activate

To check the installed version of Shapely: pip show shapely

Open a Python shell by typing python3. Once the Python shell is open, type the following commands: python3

• import shapely
• shapely.__version__ : To check the installed version of Shapely

To come out of the virtual environment: deactivate
