2. Assessment Completion Requirements
   All required documentation and evidence must be submitted for assessment within the first month of engagement. Delays in submission may impact the 3-month certification timeline, and any delays may void the money-back guarantee.
3. Commitment to Compliance and Process Adherence
   Clients must use the provided software to monitor and maintain compliance throughout the assessment period. Any deviation from the compliance requirements or recommendations provided may affect certification results and the eligibility of the money-back guarantee.
4. Software Usage Terms
   The Compliance Software is included for the initial 3 months as part of the certification process. Continued access beyond 3 months is subject to an additional fee of £20 per user per month (with a minimum of 3 users required).
5. Monthly Assessment Subscription
   Monthly assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 27001 controls are optional but recommended. If not opted for, the guarantee is limited to the initial certification process and does not cover subsequent compliance or audits.
6. Exclusions and Limitations
   The guarantee does not apply if certification is denied due to factors outside our control, such as failure to meet facility security requirements or non-compliance with industry-specific standards that extend beyond ISO 27001.
7. Payment Terms
   All fees are to be paid upfront and are exclusive of VAT. Should the client wish to terminate the service prior to certification, fees paid will be non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

   The offer is subject to applicable laws and regulations. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction as specified in the service agreement.
