Scope;

• Verify AD Connect setup is complete
• Create Azure networking
• Deploy Azure VPN Gateway
• Create resource group for images
• Configure S2S VPN (Azure VPN Gateway/Firewall)
• Configure S2S VPN (Customer on-premise equipment)
• Create GPOs specific to AVD + FSLogix
• Create AVD service account
• Configure storage solution for user profiles
• Register desktop virtualisation resource provider
• Implement analytics
• Implement automation/scaling
• Deploy and configure VM(s) to use as base image(s)
• Configure additional disk space if required
• Create OU in Active Directory to contain AVD hosts
• Pass image machine(s) to customer for preparation and application installation
• Create Azure Compute Gallery and definitions
• Create AVD PoC resource groups
• Clone VM, Sysprep and create a golden image within shared image gallery
• Deploy AVD PoC host pool using latest image from Azure Compute Gallery
• Assign users to PoC application groups
