Capgemini Group

Sogeti Intelligent Experience Thinkubator is a 6-week process where new technology is applied in a controlled manner. The focus is on solving business problems with Microsoft Cognitive service

Cognitive services span Vision, Speech, Language, Knowledge, and Search. Combining many of these services together can either improve user interaction models. Solved business problem A business problem of the client is solved with a solution using Azure Cognitive services. During the Thinkubator, the design of the solution is created and that solution is the answer to the business problem. Furthermore, the solution is validated with end users to prove the value.

Implemented Solution During the Thinkubator, the chatbot or AI solution is implemented in the client’s context. Building blocks are used to accelerate the implementation. The Chatbot building blocks are described later in this document.

Knowledge, understanding and experience The client is part of the complete process, from selecting a business problem to the implemented AI solution. That will bring a lot of knowledge about the process of experimenting with new technologies, how to shape a solution and how to validate the solution. Furthermore, the implemented chatbot or cognitive service solution is built in the context of the client, so that experience and the understanding of the complete organization will help them to adopt this new technology fast and controlled.
