Azure Cloud Catalyst: 4-Wk Imp

The Azure Cloud catalyst is an in-depth engagement designed to help customers start their journey to the cloud; using Datacom’s Cloud Adoption Framework as the basis for a best-practice, well governed and secure cloud platform.

An agile, sprint-based delivery approach, the Azure Cloud Catalyst is comprised of three phases:

Phase 1: provision base cloud platform on which you can build out your cloud presence with initial connectivity, security and identity services. Should you already have a tenant, the same framework can be adopted to align your current tenant with the Cloud Adoption Framework.

Phase 2: set up identity, governance, monitoring, business continuity, scaling and administration frameworks to effectively manage, monitor and maintain your cloud platform.

Phase 3: we work with you to identify the next phase of your cloud journey by assisting with setting up a sprint to identify servers/services that are ideal candidates for migration and/or transformation. You will also have a documented architecture of your cloud platform as a deliverable.
