Azure Governance: 2 Weeks Workshop

To keep your Azure investments on a safe and compliant path you should ensure that you have a Governance model in place that creates the guardrails for your cloud environment. eCraft's Azure Governance model is an efficient and proven model for kickstarting the cloud governance. We together with you broadly discuss and analyze what elements could be described in a cloud governance model based on your business environment and compliance requirements, the topics covered range from organizational to architectural to security and managerial and many more. Based on your business environment we jointly agree on a first initial model that will be described and documented in detail, after the Azure Governance workshops we can continue to support you in implementing, developing and managing your Azure governance environment. eCraft Governance process takes two weeks calendar time. First week is reserved for workshops with different stakeholders, second week contains deep diving to selected focus areas and presentation of the initial governance model. • 1. What is Azure Governance lecture covering overview of the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and broadly explores the possible topics that can make up your Azure Governance model
• 2. Customers initial Azure Governance workshop where we jointly agree on what areas the initial governance model should cover
• 3. Deep dive workshop where we detail out all the elements that are selected into the initial governance model
• 4. Initial Governance model, is presented, handed over to customer and agreement of implementation steps.
