Azure IoT Hub for Healthcare- 8-wk Experience & Architecture Assessment
Define a high-impact user experience and Azure infrastructure to unlock insights from devices
IK has built several platforms for healthcare diagnostics organizations using Azure to enable IoT services ranging through device management, monitoring, and providing real-time insights for customers. Coupled with its expertise in data visualization, IK brings life to large sets of data allowing senior executives to make decisions more effectively.
The overall goal of the engagement is to design an improved and engaging user experience built on top of an Azure environment to drive more revenue through gaining additional insights from existing data.
The engagement will be comprised of two phases.
Phase 1 – User Experience Definition:
IK uses the “Design Thinking” methodology for each of its Projects. Design Thinking is an industry leading methodology that will help IK to systematically extract, teach, learn, and apply human-centered techniques to solve problems in a creative and innovative way.
Phase 2 – Architecture Definition:
Based on the experience defined in Phase 1, IK will recommend an overall solution architecture that leverages Azure resources for data ingestion, processing, storage, and analytics. These resources, such as Azure IoT Hub, Azure Event Hub, Azure Functions, or Azure Blob storage (as needed) will provide a robust and scalable infrastructure to unlock insights from existing device data.
At the end of the eight-week engagement, we will have designed an improved user interface and experience. In addition, the infrastructure required to process data from devices and make it accessible for the frontend will also with defined. IK will submit research insights, user personas, journey maps, and a product feature roadmap that includes a completed architecture diagram as the final deliverables for this engagement.
