Day 1: Know how transfer Presentation of the Azure Cloud options including effects of the conversion of existing solutions.

Day 2: Application inventory Identify applications together, check the current status, define ideal target status and analyse identified applications for possible ideas for modernisation.

Day 3&4: Hands on Workshop Analyze and identify applications and possibilties together with the Tech Team to design and plan strategies for modernisation.

Day 5-7: Proof of Concept Together we create a Proof of Concept for one application in a productive enviroment as a example for delivery.

Day 8: Results Establish roadmap and schedule for application modernization, migration strategy and technology selection.
