Optimus will review one application and provide recommendations to leverage the use of Azure PaaS Services like Azure App Service and Azure SQL Database. Their experts evaluate your current environment based on application components, external dependencies, mobile requirements, and services required for the application.

The assessment will evaluate and provide recommendations for the following aspects: • Architecture and Design

• Development and Code Quality

• Software Configuration Management

• Governance

• Deployment and Operations

• Testing and Quality Assurance

Approach

1. Conduct a series of workshops with executive level business and IT leadership

2. Conduct one-on-one information gathering with key business and IT stakeholders

3. Identify common goals and areas of misalignment

4. Capture current state of infrastructure and applications

5. Document current and future business and technology challenges and needs

6. Prepare a detailed assessment report

Deliverables

We will deliver a final report that captures: • Application architecture diagram including description/ specification of the various components

• Software assessment audit report covering all areas within scope

• Final state architecture to address the gaps identified in the assessment audit

• Recommendations to reduce the downtime required for new releases

• Effort estimates and project plan to implement the recommendations
