Migrate SAP to Azure - 10 Week Implementation

Full end to end consulting and migration services for any business looking to migrate existing or deploy new SAP systems to Microsoft Azure for SAP.

Service includes all aspects of planning and coordination for successful migration of SAP to Azure based on experience, guiding the client team through the key stages of the project;

• Stage 1 - Review - Week 1 to 2
• Stage 2 - Prepare - Week 3 to 5
• Stage 3 - Migrate - Week 6 to 10

The service starts with Stage 1 "Review" of current SAP systems and providing details for any SAP prerequisites and recommendations for best practice and target Azure landscape, for discussion and agreement, allowing delivery of;

• SAP Solutions Review & Recommendations
• Security considerations
• Azure Design for SAP
• Azure BoM
• Creation of draft Project Plan & timescale alignment

[note: based on the review stage and customer specific requirements, including other business priorities, dependencies etc. the timescale for the migration may be different to outline provided here]

Stage 2 "Prepare" logically follows the Review stage as outlined above, the service will deliver on the agreed recommendations and design;

• Prepare source SAP system & complete prerequisites
• Completion of agreed recommendations in SAP in source system
• Azure enablement, ready for SAP to be migrated
• Finalise the Project plan, responsibilities and dates

Stage 2 "Migrate" will complete the Migration of the SAP systems from the 'source' system to the prepared Azure for SAP infrastructure.  Services will be delivered by experienced SAP migration consultants to ensure successful completion of the Migrate stage;
