Fileshare - Phoenix : 1 Day Implementation

This solution is a fully managed file shares in the cloud that are accessible via the industry-standard SMB and NFS protocols.

Some features and functionalities include :

• Azure Files shares can be mounted concurrently by cloud or on-premises deployments of Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Azure Files shares can also be cached on Windows Servers with Azure File Sync for fast access near where the data is being used.

We will do the following for this solutions : o Readiness Assessment and Prerequisites o Configuration of Azure Active Directory o Prepare Storage account file storage and vault o Remote install the Azure File Sync agent(optional if EU nominates cache file server) o Register Windows Server with the Storage Sync Service(optional if EU nominates cache file server) o Run the initial backup.(First 500GB)

This solution also includes

• Consultation, Assessment and Sizing
• 8 to 5 email, phone support, as well as remote access support.
• Up to two (2) Hours WEB Knowledge Transfer.

Assumptions and Limitations:

• The target Azure tenant will be new and it will be provisioned as a CSP-managed tenant by VST-ECS.
• A minimum of 1 year agreement or 12 months locked in period is required.
• VST ECS is NOT responsible for migration, re-installation or re-configuration of applications.
• VST ECS is not responsible for installation, migration, and configuration of products not mentioned in this proposal.

This solution can be customized depending on your actual needs but will be subject for discussion and may include additional charges.

The final cost will include the 1 time services fee and the Azure Pay as-you-Go monthly subscription cost.
