Under this Agreement, eGroup shall assume ongoing responsibility for routine monitoring, management, and problem resolution for selected applications and cloud services. eGroup’s managed services shall serve as an extension of the Client’s IT department, addressing routine IT infrastructure monitoring and management, while freeing IT staff to focus on higher-value projects. Through proactive monitoring and maintenance of the systems, eGroup will help to avoid many technology problems BEFORE they happen. When an issue occurs, an experienced eGroup professional will troubleshoot the problem and engage other eGroup and vendor personnel to resolve the incident efficiently and effectively. While benefiting from eGroup’s attentive system management, businesses shall retain full visibility and access to the managed IT assets and will be granted thorough knowledge and insight into the processes eGroup uses to manage the covered assets.
