This is the VM Image that Tanzu Kubernetes Grid (TKG) deploys in Kubernetes CAPZ Image for Azure. This is the seed or templatized image in which all Kubernetes deployments living in Azure will start from. End-users and customers of TKG will benefit from having a homogenous deployment of Kubernetes nodes using this base image. This TKG image addresses major concerns like providing a uniform mechanism managing operating system related updates, upgrading nodes within a Kubernetes cluster, and performing maintenance related tasks to your cluster.
