AI Fast Start: 10 Hours Workshop

The proposed activity aims at helping the client understand the benefits of Artificial Intelligence that derive from the use the Azure AI Platform and analyse business processes where the application of Artificial Intelligence brings along tangible and measurable competitive advantages. To achieve this result, Altitudo will organize 2 workshops using its best expertise in innovation and giving priority to the functional area of interest for the client and the business key user. The workshops will take place following this schedule:

Day 1

• 1 hour: Envisioning Solutions for Digital Transformation using AI in HR care, Customer Service, Production & Maintenance Optimization areas.
• 1 hour: Analysis of available data sources.
• 2 hours: Assessment of data management.

Day 2

• 2 hours: Definition of tools and processes aiming at improving the data assets of the company.
• 1 hour: Presentation and positioning of innovative AI project solutions with respect to the previously identified processes.
• 1 hours: Automatic email/documents categorization, Information extraction from documents, Classification of the information, use of cognitive services to extract information from an IoT device and unstructured data.
• 2 hours: how to exploit the Azure AI Platform (Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and other services) to improve the previously identified business processes. The output of this activity will be a brief report targeting the following points: • Identification of the key processes for the digital transformation. • Possible solutions, technological and business-related. • Development of the above-mentioned hypothesis about an action plan and the recommended Azure AI architecture.
