GenAI in Practice: 1-Day Workshop

Purpose:

This workshop caters to organizations and teams eager to delve into and harness the capabilities of generative AI in their operational and strategic frameworks.

It is designed to help hands-on practitioners (e.g., marketing, PR, controlling, other operational teams) get a grasp of what is possible with GenAI in their workflow.

The one-day program aims to infuse participants with not only the theoretical understanding but also the practical acumen necessary to navigate through generative AI tools and applications.

Goal:

Participants will gain a holistic understanding and adoption of generative AI technologies, ensuring that they are well-equipped to implement these tools within their workflows. Agenda:

• Part 1 - Morning: Inspirational Immersion: Half a day dedicated to introducing the technology and unfolding the myriad of possibilities and case studies pertaining to generative AI, designed to kindle curiosity and foresight among participants regarding AI’s potential.
• Part 2 - Afternoon: Practical Introduction & Application: Half a day focusing on hands-on cases and learning across four phases:
  • Research: Grasp how AI can enhance your research processes by its ability to summarize information from different sources.
  • Strategise: Learn how AI can aid in formulating robust strategies, ideating potential solutions.
  • Create: Dive into how generative AI can assist in content creation, design processes, elevating your creative outputs.
  • Deliver: Discover how to leverage AI to streamline delivery through automating workflows, enhancing user experiences.
• Part 3 – Wrap up and reflection: discussion regarding current limitations, risks and how Microsoft Azure services address the aforementioned risks to help corporates implement GenAI securely

Outcomes:

At the end of the day, participants will be familiar with GenAI tools and will get an understanding how corporations can use the related Microsoft Azure services to implement secure and trusted interfaces for their GenAI use cases and applications.
