Why is this assessment necessary

Deliverables include:

1. An envisioning workshop to gather and evaluate quality of IT assets (applications, platforms infrastructure, costs) while reviewing business objectives, cloud strategy, business and IT processes , skills and organizations, considering Azure as the cloud provider.
2. Identifying key patterns, determine dispositions (migrate, transform, consolidate, retire, keep) while assessing security, compliance and performance, then agree on the business case approach.
3. Determine transformation scope, define target state and transitional stages conceptual architecture, perform gap analysis of foundational services and elaborate key architectural decisions.
4. Prescribe the activities required to execute the transformation, identify impacts to orgs and skills, develop the business case, refine scope and approach Finalize transformation work breakdown structure, sequence the initiatives, incorporate in-flight and planned projects, develop target operating model blueprint and create the transformation roadmap considering Azure's features.
