The Insight Portfolio Modernisation Assessment is a consulting service that helps our clients to identify a strategy for migrating their existing applications from on-prem to the Azure cloud.

Our application experts support you all the way, taking into account your key technical and business considerations and providing accurate recommendations about the most appropriate application and infrastructure modernisation journey to Azure for your business. The service’s main objective is to shape a strategy for our client’s cloud journey that aligns with their objectives around driving business efficiency, enhanced IT operations and RoI optimisation. It also offers a roadmap for modernising their applications using the 6R's cloud migration model (Retire, Retain, Replace, Rehost, Refactor, Rearchitect). Finally, it provides recommendations on the target architecture for their Cloud Applications.

Our Application Modernization Assessment consists of 3 phases and starts with a price of 8.000 Euro (price varies by project size):

1. Discovery Collect Application resources and run PMA tools

2. Analysis Identify modernization drivers, analyze agreed KPI´s and use maturity models to mitigate risks

3. Delivery Produce a report that includes your companies Cloud modernization Plan and Roadmap to migrate to Azure
