IT Partner's Responsibilities:

• Install and configure Web Apps Migration Assistant
• Migrate sites and databases to Azure

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide a dedicated point of contact
• Configure networking equipment
• Provide access to servers and systems
• Perform DNS changes as required

Outside the scope of this project (additional cost items):

• Website support
• Changes or modification of website/web app functionality

Upon completion, we will provide a project closeout report with the final project status, acceptance criteria, outstanding issues (if any), and the final budget. Additional documentation is available for an extra fee.
