• Full Application Modernization Advisory (discovery, assessment, and alignment - 4 weeks, costs: 25,000 USD)

For standard Advisory package, scope includes 5 applications

The Initial Advisory centers on the following Business Outcomes:

• Application business and technical information gathering.

• Rationalization analysis for classifying the applications in one of four quadrants (Tolerate, Optimize, Transform, Shut Off).

• Customized modernization approach for each application considering pros and cons.

The Full Advisory includes everything on the Initial and adds the following:

• Cloud architecture definition for each application based on reference architectures.

• Modernization business value analysis per application through a business case.

• An executive report showing the expected modernization strategy and benefits.
