Our team will conduct an assessment and onboarding engagement which will help identify key roles, responsibilities, and a communication plan. Our team will help define NCE support requirements, process, ownership, and billing. Additionally, BDO Digital will setup your Azure tenant with BDO cloud best practices and train your team how to leverage the management system and self-service portal. You'll benefit from:

The BDO Digital delivery team will prepare reports which will provide environment review, incident summaries, best practice recommendations, cost optimizations, and areas of risk or concern.

• Quarterly Active Insights report review, including recommendations for improvement • Reporting is based on the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework, including the five disciplines of cloud governance.
