Application Modernization Discovery

This engagement helps establish a vision, strategy, and roadmap for API modernization of business and technology platforms using approaches such as use case elaboration, domain driven design, and platform strategy. It follows a methodical approach that uses LVT (Lean value tree) to co-create the vision, alignment of top business goals to the existing data landscape, and design of API first applications and platform strategy to drive the implementation of the required components. All this while keeping an eye on measures of success (MoS).

Activities:

• Establish clear measures of success for application modernization
