JBoss EAP on VMs/VMSS
These solutions automate most boilerplate steps to provision JBoss EAP on Azure VMs/VMSS. The use cases covered include standalone and clustered deployments. The solutions can also automate load-balancing using Azure App Gateway as well as database (Oracle DB/Azure PostgreSQL/Azure SQL/Azure MySQL) integration. Both Bring-Your-Own-Subscription (BYOS) or Pay-as-You-Go (PAYGO) is supported. Once initial provisioning is complete, you are completely free to customize deployments further. The overall solution also includes JBoss EAP VM base images as well step-by-step provisioning instructions without automation.
JBoss EAP on ARO
This solution automates most boilerplate steps to provision JBoss EAP on ARO. The automatically provisioned resources can include an ARO cluster, the JBoss EAP Operator, and an application using Source-To-Image (S2I). Once initial provisioning is complete, you are completely free to customize deployments further. The solution supports a Bring-Your-Own-Subscription (BYOS) model. The overall solution also includes step-by-step provisioning instructions on ARO without automation.
JBoss EAP on App Service
JBoss EAP on Azure App Service is a fully managed solution with built-in infrastructure management, security, patching, monitoring, and scaling. The solution is based on a Pay-as-You-Go (PAYGO) model, with integrated commercial support for both JBoss EAP and App Service.
