Abylon Rapid Planning is a Cloud-based (Azure-based) solution that automates your financial controlling, planning and forecasting. Minimizing the need for manual work (like manual data collection and validation) allows you employees to concentrate on task with a higher business value.
Rapid Planning is basically an Excel-add on, that allows you to export and import data from data warehouses and edit them within Excel. After implementation your existing Microsoft tools, like Excel and Power BI will be more than reporting and data visualization tools. You will be able to communicate with your data warehouses (through Azure Synapse), import data directly from these sources without the need to gather all the necessary data manually (sending out excel sheets, collecting them and then aggregating and validating the data into another sheet). The imported data will be automatically validated within Excel and then after the necessary editing you can write it back into the data warehouses. All while still using the well-known Excel user interface. The Excel template creation and editing is fully in the hands of controlling or the relevant business department. No need for IT support or any expensive (and often slow) custom development.
Thanks to Azure and the Office 365 integration collaboration is easier than ever. You can work from anywhere, anytime, using any device that supports Excel.
