- Day 1:

- First Ideation Session 3 hrs - Discover new trends, needs, customer behaviour, and how to monetise digital wayfinding.
- Second Assessment Session 3 hrs - Exploring the infrastructure, scope of work, potential areas and recurring challenges on the floor.
- Day 2:
- First Half Session 3 hrs: Categorisation of business problems, GAP analysis and impact on revenues.
- Second Half Session 3 hrs: SWOT analysis for the challenges, classification and importance for business process management
- Closing hour for strategic planning or timeline if you are ready to take the next step.
