CAF: Introduction and Set up 4-Wk Implementation

Proge-Software provides a 4 weeks engagement that provides general knowledge about Cloud Adoption Framework and support the customer during a tailored setup. There will be a deep overview of CAF, considering guidelines and benefits and with a final roadmap with a business case that can fit with your organization needs.

• Week 3 and 4: General set up

• Proge Azure Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) is a solution that, leveraging Microsoft cloud technologies, helps define, design and prepare your Azure infrastructure, following the Best Practices of Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Framework. During two interactive workshops (half-day each) the various stages of CAF are presented and compared with customer’s environment and governance, defining the main requirements for a successful adoption, to be organized in the architectural design.

Scope is limited to the set up of an Hub & Spoke model. One Hub network will be created along with all the shared services plus a single Spoke. The price of this engagement may vary upon the complexity of the business case to be implemented.
