dataplatform
We support you from a complete analysis of your situation, to setting-up a roadmap to set-up your dataplatform and define how Azure services can answer your needs by building innovative use-case.
Setting up an efficient data platform is at the heart of the organization’s preoccupations, which tend to master the data in order to: -Improve efficiency (do better with less) -Measure performance and validate set trajectories -Predict and anticipate new needs -Act with awareness (ecological, social, regulatory) -Accelerate cloud usage thanks to data modernization services (Azure Data Factory, Synapse...)
TeamWork can help you accelerate your transformation thanks to our 40 experts and various success story in data analytics, data science and data engineering. We are at your side to define your strategy to: -Define and implement the means to optimize value chains -Develop new uses and new business models -Identifie how Azure Services can meet your needs
For this assessment and preparation phase, TeamWork will support your team for an average of 1 month following a proven methodology presented below:
Day 1 to day 15 - ROADMAP: Propose organizational models, identifie use cases and build roadmaps towards modern data solutions, define how Azure can meet your needs thanks to Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse…) Day 16 to day 26 - FOUNDATION: Design high-performance data architectures, pipelines and data models adapted to needs, taking into account Security, FinOps & best practices for automation and continuous monitoring.
This approach should make it possible as deliverable: -To choose the Azure Cloud services and additional tools adapted to the context, -Define a map of 5 to 20 scenarios considered as good targets in the overall trajectory -Select the priorities within these scenarios as next step for PoC and implementation
The number of days may vary depending on the customer's context: number of systems, type of landscapes, sources & targets, network & security requirements, etc.
TeamWork distinguishes 4 levels of complexity: minimal, small, middle, high. This offer is presented as for a "middle" context.
