Digitalization of Certificates & Claims 1-Wk POC

This 1-week Proof of concept is a hybrid session of Assessment + workshop for simplifying the Digitalization of Insurance processes leveraging Microsoft Azure platform, including Azure App service, Azure SQL, Azure Cognitive services, Azure API Management, Azure Blockchain and Microsoft Logic Apps.

1. Applying for new Insurance (USSD / Smart Phone enabled) - increase the Direct Insurance (vs losing money in other indirect channels)
2. Digitalization of records with Azure immutable blobs and Azure Blockchain.
3. Fraud Prevention checks during Policy issuance process
4. Claim Registration Automation

Target audience is Business & Technical leaders and is held apt mix of in-person meetings and online sessions. Businesses will get benefited by rapid Digitalization, which leads to significant reduction in per transaction cost, increase in policy holders and more importantly increasing end customer satisfaction. Additionally, businesses will easily be benefited by implementation of new trends like Usage Based Insurance (UBI).

As part of this workshop we first asses the challenges the customer is facing, as-is processes map the to-be processes. With our expertise in Insurance domain we provide the Proof of concept with roadmap for implementation at the end of the week.
