The Fabric Proof of Concept shows how the new data-platform can speed up the business from scattered data sources to one integrated platform with low infrastructure costs.
Fabric is a Software-as-a-Service that provides data reporting, analytics, machine learning, AI, and more, similar to Microsoft 365 in the office productivity domain. This proof-of-concept will show data owners how Fabric can help them easily ingest, transform and analyze their data through its different features.
The Microsoft Fabric PoC will help define the goal of one Power BI report acting as the Minimal Viable Product (MVP) with a simplified pipeline and semantic model to support it. It is important to note that this is not a Blackbox approach, we encourage internal resources to be a part of all stages to fully understand what is being implemented, how to maintain it, and why we use certain approaches to different problems.
