This tool saves a user time from having to copy and paste steps and tasks from a procedure document into the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Guides Application.

The user is able to preview the steps and tasks parsed from the document before proceeding to create the Guide. Once the import process is complete, the user is able to launch the Dynamics 365 Guides Desktop Application where they can continue building their Guide. Most import processes take less than a minute depending on the length of the imported document.

This tool has the ability to support custom document templates based on request and completed development. All documents have to conform to a format structure the tool can understand.
