Prompt flow and Git on Windows Server 2019 are an open source.
Prompt flow is a suite of development tools designed to streamline the end-to-end development cycle of LLM-based AI applications, from ideation, prototyping, testing, evaluation to production deployment and monitoring. It makes prompt engineering much easier and enables you to build LLM apps with production quality. Git is a free and open-source distributed version control system designed to handle everything from small to very large projects with speed and efficiency. Git is easy to learn and has a tiny footprint with lightning-fast performance. It outclasses SCM tools like Subversion, CVS, Perforce, and ClearCase with features like cheap local branching, convenient staging areas, and multiple workflows.
Key features of Prompt Flow:
- Create flows that link LLMs, prompts, Python code and other tools together in an executable workflow.
- Prompt flow debugs and iterate your flows,
- Open Source.
- Integrate the testing and evaluation into your CI/CD system to ensure quality of your flow.
Features of Git:
- Distributed nature: Unlike centralized systems, Git stores the entire repository history within each developer's local clone. This allows offline work, increased flexibility, and collaboration even without a central server.
- Scalability: Git scales efficiently, handling both small projects and large, complex codebases with ease.
- Open Source.
- Lightweight commits: Git's commits are lightweight, meaning they store only the differences between versions. This makes them incredibly fast and efficient, even for large codebases.
