Cloud Architecture Review: 4 week assessment

Using a combination of best practices developed by Leaven and incorporating guidance from the public cloud vendors, and using an agile approach, this offering enables you to review and improve your cloud-based architectures; understand, review and optimise cost; better understand the business impact of design decisions; and reduce any risk associated with the implementation.

At the end of an engagement, the client will realise the following outcomes and deliverables:

• Architecture assessment: Assessment of your cloud architecture topology focusing on security, design, usage and costs by applying Leaven and industry best practices and principles. These include general industry best practice together with Microsoft Azure-specific guidance.
• Optimisation identification: We identify operational and technical efficiency gains through interactive interviews and leveraging Leaven's public cloud assessment tools and methodologies. We also review cloud utilisation and expenditure, identifying opportunities for cost to be optimised.
• Recommendations and roadmap: Delivery of a formal report and presentation outlining prioritised recommendations and actionable findings including a tailored remedial roadmap for success by optimising cost, mitigating risk and improving quality and performance.

The Cloud Architecture Review is tailored to a customer’s requirements, and not only provides high-level findings but detailed recommendations to rectify issues and take advantage of opportunities that may be uncovered during the review.

This service is priced at NZ$10,000, although can vary depending on the monthly spend on Microsoft Azure.
