• Assess: Eastwall will lead an assessment phase to review software & VMware licensing, AVS sizing and capacity, network requirements, and migration eligibility for your workloads on-premises. We help to evaluate the total cost of ownership and prove the ROI of Azure.

• Design: Working together with your team, Eastwall designs an Azure landing zone (or extends an existing Azure estate) with the appropriate network topology, datacenter connectivity, governance controls, operational tools, and well-architected workload plans. We review your workloads, servers, and applications and build a mutually agreed upon plan for migration.

• Pilot: Working together, Eastwall & your team will deploy the designed architecture and controls to extend VMware into Azure. With your team upskilled, we execute either a non-production proof of concept or production-grade pilot (depending on your requirements).
