Scope of work:

• Assessment: Examination of the software processes used by an organization, based on a process model. The assessment includes the identification and characterization of current practices, identifying areas of strengths and weaknesses, and the ability of current practices to control or avoid significant causes of poor (software) quality, cost, and schedule.
• Planning: Identify App Modernization goals and define strategy including well architecture design based on Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework.
• Implementation: Initiation of pilot project for proof of concept about Application Modernization with Azure. This phase will be working closely with a customer to ensure that all applications will improve organizational and technological performance, enhance the quality of customer and employee experiences, and accelerate time to market for new offerings and updates.
• Knowledge Transfer: Provide training by certified consultant to make sure all services can be handled and expanded by an internal team.
