impactAI GenAI Hackathon on AOAI

Leverage your teams' ideas and our tech ecosystem to develop and fast-track AI solutions, building and validating them on the Azure OpenAI (AOAI) infrastructure. We are specialized in organizing hackathons that do more than just foster innovation.

The 2-day hackathon is made for 20 to 50+ participants with both business and technical backgrounds. During this 2-day event, you will learn to ideate and execute GenAI use cases as well as validate the business impact and create a roadmap to implement the outcomes.

Outcomes: -> Building knowledge: Grasp the essence of GenAI. -> Mapping priorities: Brainstorm and rank potential opportunities. -> Evaluating impact: Authenticate business viability and feasibility of execution. -> Validating solutions: Develop and test self-crafted Proof of Concept (POC) on AOAI.

The 2-day workshop starts with an enablement session and includes the following content:

1. Online preparation Introduction to GenAI (1-hour remote session): Explore how GenAI addresses business challenges in a very new way, enabling new business cases, and how AOAI makes it accessible for enterprises.

2. Ideation phase (2 days asynchronous phase): Engage in idea generation where participants post first ideas and concepts, supported by experts and outside-in inputs from impactAI.

3. Hands-on workshop: Day One Agenda Deep dive into GPT: Explore the intricacies and applications of ChatGPT, covering its architecture, diverse use cases and prompt optimization. Introduction to Azure OpenAI: Navigate the Azure OpenAI Playground and understand best practices, embeddings and tuning. Hacking session: Participants receive hackathon instructions and split into teams to brainstorm potential use cases and consider user impact. Use case solution design: Analyze previous use cases in detail and engage in the design phase.

Day Two Agenda Use case solution Development: Engage in hands-on development to create a POC on AOAI. Use case solution refinement: Dedicate time to debugging and further feature improvements. Project Demos: Showcase projects through live demonstrations and presentations. Session Wrap-Up: Summarize the event's achievements and highlights, emphasizing potential future opportunities and projects arising from the Hackathon.
