SQL Server migration 3-day workshop

The End of Support date for SQL Server 2012 has elapsed! As of July 12, 2022, any organization leveraging SQL Server 2012 should be looking to upgrade SQL Server or migrate to the cloud.

Fractal has designed this 3-day workshop offer to help organizations assess and select the right solution for them, regardless of whether it's the latest version of SQL Server (running on-premises or on Azure VMs), Azure SQL Database, or Azure SQL Managed Instance. As part of this workshop, a Fractal consultant will work with the customer to understand the current SQL Server implementation, dependencies, and business objectives. Based on this information, Fractal will provide feedback on the specific solution that makes the most sense for the customer's desired outcome and provide information on applicable special incentive offers that can defray the cost of upgrading or migrating SQL Server.

SQL Server migration workshops from Fractal typically follow the example agenda below:

-Day 1: Fractal works with the customer to learn about their SQL environment, challenges, & desired outcomes
-Day 2: Migration experts at Fractal assess the migration options based on the learnings from Day 1
-Day 3+: Fractal develops and delivers SQL Server migration proposal

At the end of this workshop, Fractal Analytics will deliver a migration proposal based on the workshop findings for customer consideration at the end of this workshop. If approved, this engagement can proceed to infrastructure implementation and migration execution.
