• Rapid discovery workshop with business & IT stakeholders to understand the requirement (user persona, workload, use cases)
• Map users with the workloads and prioritize the use cases, and design the user personas
• Design the architecture of services - identity, storage, profile strategy, vNET design, etc.
• Design the support structure for the service
• Validate and setup foundation services as per design architecture in Azure
• Implement the support structure and revamped process
• Validate implementation with the agreed use case and tune up the design and rollout strategy if required
