Azure Migration 6-Wk Assessment & Implementation

TapLogic’s Azure Platform Migration Service provides service provider organizations in the agricultural industry the tools and resources to develop a practical and strategic plan for adopting the best Microsoft Azure solution for their business needs.

###Overview

• Phase 1: Assess – TapLogic System Analyst will meet with the agricultural service provider to review their current IT infrastructure and system needs.
• Phase 2: Review - TapLogic System Analyst will review their recommendations and configuration options with the ag client.
• Phase 3: Initiate – After agreeing on the best solution for the ag client, TapLogic will assist in developing a migration plan to implement the new Azure platform solution.
• Phase 4: Pre-launch Prep - Client’s Azure subscription will be initiated, Virtual Machines will be setup and any necessary software will be installed and configured.
• Phase 5: Execute - The ag service provider will officially migrate from their current IT configuration to the Azure platform solution at a time that is best for their organization.
• Phase 6: Review and Assessment – TapLogic System Analyst will examine the performance of the new Azure IT environment and review suggestions for improvement with the agricultural service.

###Deliverables

• New IT architecture/infrastructure based on best practices of Azure Cloud Service tailored to the agricultural service provider’s needs.
• Successfully migrated infrastructure to Azure.
• Documentation on setup and maintenance of the new Azure solution.
