Azure Virtual Desktop FastTrack: 2-Wk Design & Implementation

Being able to work and access your desktop and applications securely, from any device, from anywhere in the world, is no longer just an option - it’s essential and an important step in a company’s digital transformation.

For IT teams, this means simplifying desktop implementation and management. Virtualization also provides enhanced security since it helps to keep your data off end users’ devices. With our Azure Virtual Desktop FastTrack, we help you design and implement AVD core services, built according to Microsoft best practices, over your existing Azure landing zone.

During this two week engagement, we provide the following services:

First week (Design and preparation):
• Workshop to determine the customer's requirements • Investigate eligibility for Microsoft funding for professional services • Prepare and present high-level architecture and design documents

Second week (Implementation): • Implementation kick-off with customer • Actual implementation of your Azure Virtual Desktop deployment based on the design • Knowledge transfer and hand-off • Provide as-built documentation

The implementation includes: - Implementation over your existing and functional Azure Landing Zone - Creation of the required subnets - One base master image - One AVD host pool - One storage account - FSLogix users profile management - Autoscaling rules - Defender for Cloud activation and network security groups

The installation of your software is not included and can be offered as an option
