In this one day workshop, Nordcloud cloud advisors will dive into the important elements of a strategy that you need to have to be able to successfully implement your Azure Cloud Journey.

But why should you have a cloud strategy?

Together with the key stakeholders of your organisation (like business representatives, CFO, CIO, CDO, IT management) we will take a look at all elements of a good cloud strategy. After this workshop, you will have a draft strategy outline, which gives you a headstart to take the next step with Azure.
