Media Migration: 2-Week Workshop

A two-week series of workshops with a small cross-functional team of Support Partners Cloud, Workflow and Support engineers will help clients understand the business and technical value of migrating production workflows to Azure.

The output will provide a prioritised set of business outcomes, a staged migration plan, a business case and high-level architecture for a chosen workload.

This two-week series of workshops is a quick and cost-effective way to kick-start or validate a cloud migration.

Whilst the Agenda is customisable we would expect to hold workshops with Key Business and Technical stakeholders to help us discern enough information to drive a strategy.
