1. Week 1: Kick-Off and Installation of Azure assessment tool/Manual assessment
2. Week 2: Shared Services Interviews (Networking, Security, Infrastructure, Operations, Risk, & Change Management)
3. Week 3: Detailed reports of infrastructure & SQL server-generated from the assessment tool (Azure Migrate)
4. Week 4: Interview and workshops with Applications owners and IT Team
5. Week 5 & 6: Assess Application details and infrastructure details to come up with recommendations and a final report

Deliverables

• Migration Recommendation Document and Spreadsheet - These documents will have detailed information on the migration strategies, migration approach, and migration plan.
• Migration Recommendation Executive Briefing - This briefing is focused on providing the leadership with a roadmap on the costs, risks, and plans to move to the cloud.
• Migration Plan - The definition of the Migration Plan that will enable the customer to understand the tools required to execute the migration including timelines and impact.
