Azure Stack HCI 2-Day Workshop
In this 2 Day Workshop, our Azure Experts will educate you how the Azure Stack HCI services work and how to implement the relevant solutions.
Azure Stack HCI is a new Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) operating system delivered as an Azure service. It provides the latest security, performance, and hybrid capabilities, which now include Azure Arc enablement and new management scenarios through the Azure portal.
Azure Stack HCI is built to accommodate everything from a small, 2-node deployment to a 16-node deployment spread across offices and datacenters around the world. It can effectively help you cut costs; from purchasing, to maintenance, to operations, all while reducing required physical space. Azure Stack HCI is integrated with both Azure and Azure Arc. This enables global monitoring and management as part of your existing subscription, services that would cost more elsewhere.
Deploy and run Windows and Linux Virtual Machines (VMs) in your datacenter or at the edge using your existing tools, processes, and skillsets. Extend your datacenter to the cloud with Azure Backup, Azure Monitor, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
Azure Stack HCI delivers:
Simple and flexible cloud operations, performance for demanding workloads, cost-effective, scalable performance, modern infrastructure, consolidated virtualized workloads, and increased efficiency, built-in security, enterprise scale performance, deployment flexibility, and much more.
Hosting workloads on-premises with Azure Stack HCI enables you to:
• Decrease datacenter complexity • Increase scalability • Lower your costs • Improve performance and availability • Simplify operations
In this 2 Day Workshop, our Azure Experts will educate you how the Azure Stack HCI services work and how to implement the relevant solutions:
Day 1: • How to enable servers, clusters of Azure Kubernetes Service, or other PaaS services on Azure Stack HCI.
• Azure hybrid by design: Extend your datacenter to the cloud and manage Azure Stack HCI hosts, Virtual Machines (VMs), and Azure resources, in your datacenter, on the cloud or on the edge, side by side in the Azure portal.
• Centralized cloud management services, such as Windows Admin Center, Azure Portal, Cloud Insights
• Capture business requirements
• Define use case scenario
We will discuss how to run workloads from your branch office to the edge, support large-scale Virtual Desktop implementations, on how to optimize the performance of Virtualizing SQL Server, improve security with trusted enterprise virtualization, and deploy a tightly integrated Kubernetes-enabled platform.
Day 2: We will also demonstrate how a hybrid environment infrastructure works effectively with hybrid services, using best practices, and how these services can be converged with Azure Stack HCI through Azure Arc: • Azure Site Recovery • Azure Backup • Update Management • File Sync • Azure Monitor • Azure Security Center
