Legacy Application Modernisation Assessment: 5 days

Re-platform and modernise legacy applications using a hyperscale, cloud-native approach with Microsoft Azure. Legacy applications are inefficient, difficult to maintain and are a risk to business growth and continuity. Working hand in hand with business stakeholders, we will produce a detailed report and playback session to take you through the current state of play and spell out a modernisation path for success.

The Assessment will: Deliver a modernisation path for you legacy app using Microsoft Azure services and microservices. With a focus on quick wins and high value changes, we enable you to realise value fast. An operational cost analysis is a critical output and one that will empower you to build a business case to continue the application modernisation journey.

• Day 2 - Getting the existing app up and running
• Day 3 - Reviewing the code.
• Day 4 - Documentation, design and UX review.
• Day 5 - Exploratory testing. Detailed report and playback session.
