During your workshop with us you and your organization will gain a deeper understanding of the status and migration readiness of your current systems. We will also gather key requirements and assist you with defining a detailed timeline, next steps and high level roadmap of your migration to Azure with the goal of supporting your long-term IT strategy.

##Agenda

• Assess your environment to determine where cost savings can be realized
• Asses your current on-premises applications, servers and solutions, also including storage, backup, disaster recovery, and licensing
• Discuss and understand your unique priorities and drivers to optimize and modernize your IT
• Share Azure know-how with you and demonstrate how Azure functions and how a migration to Azure works
• Discuss on-going needs to support your movement to Azure as well as your needs once you’ve migrated to the cloud

• Interview with the key stakeholder to determine cloud strategy
• On-premise IT environment analysis to determine current status and list of applications and servers
• Learning session covering Azure basics and Azure migration (1 – 2 hour)
• Azure documentation packet with the most relevant information and links to get started with Azure and expand your Azure knowledge
• Report of recommendations and roadmap for your migration to Azure
• Detailed Azure migration project plan
