Azure Launch Platform Implementation
Secure, scalable and fully automated - Kick-start your cloud journey today with SPIRIT/21 Azure Launch Platform
For medium-sized to enterprise organizations, who want to innovate and modernize their stack by moving to the cloud, the Azure Launch Platform offers a multi-subscription Azure environment, that accounts for security, governance and automation best practices right from the start.
Whether you are already exploring Azure services or if you are new to the cloud, the Azure Launch Platform provides the secure foundation and overarching governance aligned with Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) best practices. If your goal is to migrate applications and infrastructure to Azure or to grow by leveraging cloud native services, the Azure Launch Platform guarantees that industry standards are met.
During the 1-week implementation, our team of experts gets your Azure environment ready to host all your applications. You will receive an introduction to the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and an overview of all landing zone components. After completion, we will discuss enhancements, customizations and next steps to integrate initial workloads:
Day 1: Introduction to Cloud Adoption Best Practice Framework, Infrastructure-as-Code and DevOps workflows and the Azure Launch Platform product components that we will implement in your Azure environment. Parameters for automation like naming convention, networking and contact email-addresses for monitoring and alerting will be discussed and decided upon.
Day 2-4: Our team of experts sets up the Azure environment with Service Principals, Azure DevOps Service connections, repositories for Terraform code and landing zone Azure resources. For initial deployment steps a customer representative with permissions in the Azure tenant has to be present.
Day 5: Handover of the finished environment ready to host all your future applications and services. You receive the product documentation. Next steps for additions and the onboarding of initial workloads are discussed.
