1. Discovery • Perform automated and manual discovery with interviews • Gather application, infrastructure, security, and platform requirements

2. Analysis • Assess deployment processes, operations, security, and infrastructure • Identify existing and future state around controls, operations, process optimization, and security • Perform design reviews

3. Roadmap and Plan • Identify ROM pricing • Determine migration methodology, plan, prioritization, and approach • Develop a roadmap for modern process and tool adoption - up to 30 Workloads
